Notes:
- You must be an existing (current or past) SOS Member to Register
- You must use the same email address
on this form that you supplied on the membership application to match that we
have on file for you
- If we can't compare your email address (uniquely) with that of your membership
record, the registration process will fail upon validation
- If you are a current member, but can't recall which email you supplied on sign up, please
contact our membership chair
- Initially we do not have email addresses for Family Members,
so they cannot Register until added by the membership chair
- You will have to verify the email address (email will be sent) before you can
use the SOS system
